4.1 Machine Features

● Torque value testing can be set (time pause function available when torque
reaches the set value).

● Angle value testing can be set (time pause function available when angle
reaches the set value).

● Test conditions are set via computer screen, quick and convenient, and can
be saved.

● Drive motor: Uses a servo drive motor, providing high-precision torque
testing.

● Can directly test torque value changes at each angle (torque-angle curve
graph).

● Load units: kgf.cm, N.m, lb.in can be switched arbitrarily.

● Height adjustment has corresponding clearances on both sides.

● Overload protection hardware and software ensure the load cell is not
damaged.

● Maximum inner dimension of the two left and right fixed seats is 520mm
(quick center positioning device).

● Curve selection: outward, return, outward + return.

● Single test or multiple life tests.

● Different test fixtures can be designed according to customer requirements
to meet various testing needs.

● Adjustable distance with left and right scales for easy position
identification and adjustment.

● Connectable to MES systems with multi-protocol communication
capabilities.

● Can be connected to a barcode scanner for post-scan testing.

● Automatically generates (prints) inspection reports, which can be converted
to files or exported directly via network.

4.2 Software Introduction

4.2.1 Test Interface

● Test items allow input of upper and lower limit attenuation rate values;
test results are automatically judged as OK or NG.

● Directly displays and stores changes in displacement force values for
each test.

● Scrollable graph display allows for browsing of graphs and direct retrieval
of data by entering any data number.

● Simultaneously displays "Load-Stroke Curve" and "Life Curve" for a single
test CT.

4.2.2 Lifetime Curve

● Report header content can be modified at any time.

● Lifetime curve X and Y axes (grid scale) are adjustable.

● The report can display the upper and lower limit specifications for the
test outward direction.

● The report can display the upper and lower limit specifications for the
test return direction.

● The report can display the maximum, minimum, and average values for each
curve.

4.2.3 Test Reports

● Test reports are automatically generated (A4 size) and can be exported to a
file (such as Excel) or directly exported via network.

● Report header content can be modified at any time.

● Automatic calculation: maximum value, minimum value, average value,
difference, standard deviation, attenuation rate, CPK index

● Upper and lower limit test values can be entered; exceeding
specifications automatically results in OK or NG.
