Features/Detailed Description

High-Strength Repair: Compressive strength ≥50 MPa, flexural strength ≥10 MPa, suitable for structural repair.

Fast Curing: Initial setting time ≤15 minutes, final setting ≤1 hour, reaching walking strength (≥15 MPa) in 4 hours.

High Adhesion: Bond strength to concrete substrate ≥2.5 MPa, no hollowing or shedding.

Abrasion and Impact Resistance: Abrasion resistance ≤0.2 g/cm² (GB/T: 1768), impact resistance ≥10J.

Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Resists corrosion after immersion in 5% sulfuric acid and 3% sodium hydroxide solutions for 30 days.

Shrinkage Compensation: Micro-expansion formula (expansion rate 0.02%-0.05%) to prevent cracking.

Easy Application: Can be applied by hand or sprayed, suitable for thicknesses from 1 mm to 50 mm.

Precautions

1. Construction Safety

Surface Preparation: Chisel the surface to a solid layer, remove oil, dirt, and loose materials, and moisten with water (no visible water).

Environmental Requirements: Application temperature: 5°C to 35°C, humidity ≤ 80%. Outdoor work is prohibited on rainy days.

Mixture Ratio: Strictly follow the manufacturer's mix ratio (usually a water-cement ratio of 0.14-0.18). Excessive water addition will reduce strength.

Curation and Management: After construction, cover with a film or sprinkle with water for at least 3 days to avoid premature load bearing.

2. Personal Protection

Respiratory Protection: Wear a dust mask (N95 grade) when stirring.

Skin Protection: Wear alkali-resistant gloves and long-sleeved work clothes to avoid direct contact.

Eye Protection: If the risk of splashing is high, goggles are recommended.

3. Emergency Treatment

Contact Situations/Handling Methods

Skin Contact: Rinse immediately with clean water. If redness or irritation occurs, seek medical attention.

Eye Contact: Rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.

Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Dilute with milk or water and seek medical attention.

Material Curing: Do not add water to hardened mortar and dispose of it.
