Electrolytic nickel loading and unloading unit
The electrolytic nickel loading and unloading unit is a special equipment for traditional electrolysis processes. It is an automated production line integrating machinery, pneumatics, and electrical control, mainly responsible for transporting, gathering, and stacking the finished nickel after electrolysis.
The electrolytic nickel product loading and unloading unit is arranged on the zero plane of the first floor. On the second floor, the electrolytic cell crane lifts materials from 5 outlet ports on the east side. A plate-receiving chain conveyor is placed under each outlet port for conveying, separating, and gathering the plates, which are then delivered to the product loading and unloading unit by AGV trolleys. The electrolytic nickel is transported by the receiving conveyor to the handling process, going through stations such as rod extraction, washing, air-drying, visual particle and color inspection, robot sorting, re-entry into ultrasonic interlayer inspection, weighing and palletizing, weight matching, flattening, packaging, labeling, re-weighing, stretch film wrapping, and finally to the conveying buffer area with a capacity of 4,500 pieces/225 stacks, waiting for forklift outbound.
